Evenings are reserved for unforgettable dinners beneath the arches of ancient cave dwellings or on panoramic terraces overlooking the coastline.

Программа и маршрут
Day 2.
Your adventure starts in Bari, a lively port city where medieval streets, hidden piazzas, and the scent of freshly baked focaccia create the perfect first impression of southern Italy.

Together we'll wander through the historic Old Town, admire the magnificent Basilica of Saint Nicholas, and settle into the relaxed rhythm that makes this region so special.
The First Ride
"Every unforgettable journey starts with a single pedal stroke."
This morning, we clip in for our first ride through one of southern Italy's most untouched landscapes.
The rolling limestone hills of Alta Murgia National Park unfold before us—wide open spaces dotted with ancient farms, dry-stone walls, and endless Mediterranean skies.
The roads are quiet.
The pace is relaxed.
This is cycling exactly as it should be.
By lunchtime, we reach Altamura, home to Italy's legendary Pane di Altamura DOP.
Fresh from traditional wood-fired ovens, this iconic bread has been baked the same way for centuries and perfectly reflects the simple beauty of Apulian life.
Later in the day, the landscape changes dramatically.
Suddenly, Matera appears.
Carved into the limestone cliffs, it is one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world—a place where history feels alive at every corner.
After settling into our hotel, the evening becomes one of the highlights of the entire journey.
Dinner is served inside one of the ancient cave restaurants of the Sassi.
Soft candlelight.
Historic stone walls.
Exceptional local wines.
Traditional Lucanian cuisine.
It is an atmosphere impossible to recreate anywhere else.

Day 1.
"The best journeys begin the moment you slow down." — Welcome to Puglia
Day 3.
Where Nature Meets History
"Some landscapes are beautiful. Others stay with you forever."
Today's ride takes us into the spectacular Murgia Materana Regional Park, where dramatic canyons, sweeping plateaus, and centuries-old rock churches create one of Italy's most extraordinary landscapes.
As we cycle along quiet roads overlooking the Gravina gorge, breathtaking panoramas unfold at every turn. It's a place where nature and history exist in perfect harmony, and where silence becomes part of the experience.
After returning to Matera, you'll have time to relax before discovering the city from an entirely different perspective.
As dusk settles, we'll explore the ancient Sassi by lantern light.
Golden reflections dance across weathered stone.
Hidden stairways reveal quiet piazzas.
Every corner tells another story.
The evening concludes with dinner at one of our favorite local restaurants—a celebration of regional flavors, wonderful company, and another unforgettable day on the road.

Day 5.
Day 4.
The White City
"Today, every turn reveals another postcard-perfect view."
Today's journey takes us through the breathtaking Itria Valley, one of the most picturesque regions in southern Italy.
Here, life unfolds at its own gentle rhythm.
Quiet roads weave through vineyards, olive groves, and elegant hilltop towns where time seems to stand still.
Our first stop is Martina Franca, renowned for its graceful Baroque architecture and elegant historic center.
We'll stroll through Piazza Plebiscito, admire ornate balconies and limestone palaces, and enjoy a leisurely Italian coffee beneath the cathedral.
From here, we continue to Cisternino, often considered one of Italy's most beautiful borghi.
Its maze of narrow whitewashed streets, flower-filled balconies, and hidden courtyards invite slow exploration.
The day reaches its spectacular finale in Ostuni.
Known throughout Italy as The White City, Ostuni rises above endless olive groves overlooking the Adriatic Sea.
As the afternoon sun begins to soften, the white limestone buildings glow in shades of gold, creating one of the most unforgettable views in all of Apulia.
Tonight, you'll experience why so many travelers fall in love with this extraordinary place.

Into the Land of the Trulli
"Some roads lead to destinations. The best ones lead to discoveries."
After breakfast, we leave Matera behind and begin cycling through the heart of Apulia.
Today's ride is a celebration of everything that makes this region unforgettable—rolling vineyards, centuries-old olive groves, dry-stone walls, and quiet country roads that invite you to slow down and simply enjoy the journey.
Along the way, we'll pause in small villages where life still revolves around the local piazza. An espresso at a neighborhood café, friendly conversations, and the warm hospitality of southern Italy become part of the experience.
By afternoon, one of Italy's most iconic landscapes comes into view.
Alberobello.
A UNESCO World Heritage Site unlike anywhere else in the world, its whitewashed trulli—traditional stone houses with distinctive conical roofs—create a fairytale setting that feels almost unreal.
After checking into our boutique hotel, the afternoon is yours to enjoy.
Relax by the pool.
Savor a glass of local wine.
Or wander through the enchanting streets of Alberobello as evening lights begin to illuminate the rooftops.
As night falls, the town becomes even more magical.

Day 7.
Day 6.
The Taste of Puglia
"The best way to understand a place is through the people who call it home."
Today, some guests conclude their Apulian adventure and transfer to Bari Airport.
For those continuing the journey, today's ride offers a deeper look into the traditions that define this remarkable region.
Cycling through peaceful countryside, we pass the historic towns of Carovigno and San Vito dei Normanni, where everyday life has changed little over the centuries.
Stone houses, quiet piazzas, and family-run cafés reveal the authentic rhythm of southern Italy.
Our destination is Masseria Fragnite, a traditional countryside estate surrounded by olive groves.
Here, we'll discover one of Apulia's oldest culinary traditions—the art of cheesemaking.
Meet local producers, learn how artisan cheeses are crafted using time-honored techniques, and enjoy a tasting of regional specialties paired with local wines.
Returning to Ostuni, the afternoon is yours.
Relax beside the pool.
Indulge in the spa.
Or simply wander once more through the glowing white streets that have become so familiar over the past few days.
One last evening.
One last dinner.
One last opportunity to fall in love with Apulia.

Following the Adriatic Coast
"There is something timeless about cycling beside the sea."
Today, the landscape changes once again.
Quiet country roads gradually descend toward the sparkling waters of the Adriatic Sea, where the scent of salt air replaces the fragrance of olive trees.
Our morning begins with a relaxed coffee stop in the charming seaside villages of Torre Canne or Savelletri, where fishermen still return each day with the morning's catch.
By midday, we arrive in Monopoli, one of Apulia's most colorful coastal towns.
Its lively harbor, blue fishing boats, and maze of narrow streets offer the perfect setting for a leisurely stroll and lunch overlooking the sea.
In the afternoon, a short transfer brings us to one of Italy's most spectacular coastal villages.
Polignano a Mare.
Perched dramatically atop limestone cliffs, this iconic town overlooks the crystal-clear Adriatic, where hidden coves and turquoise waters create postcard-perfect scenery.
As the sun begins to set, we gather for one final celebration.
A farewell dinner overlooking the sea.
Local wines.
Fresh seafood.
The sound of waves below.
Together we raise a glass—not only to the journey we've completed, but to the friendships, stories, and memories created along the way.

Day 8.
«Every journey leaves a part of itself behind» — Arrivederci, Puglia
After a leisurely breakfast, we transfer to Bari Airport.
As you leave Apulia, you'll take home far more than photographs. You'll remember the scent of ancient olive groves carried by the morning breeze. The warmth of the Mediterranean sun on quiet country roads.

Long dinners shared beneath historic stone arches.
The taste of fresh burrata, handmade pasta, exceptional local wines, and olive oil unlike any you've experienced before.

Most of all, you'll carry with you the feeling of discovering Italy at its most authentic. Not through a bus window. Not from a crowded square. But one pedal stroke at a time. Until we meet again.

Arrivederci, Puglia.

It was my first bike tour, and I was worried if I could take the route. But "everything was thought out to the smallest detail"— regular stops and "support from the guide. Not only did I do it, but I also had a lot of fun!

I was afraid that a group trip would not provide personal comfort, but everything went perfectly! The guide took into account everyone's preferences, and there was an opportunity to set aside time for himself. It was a tour in which I felt important.
Rustem
I was worried about safety on the route, but from the first day it became clear that there was nothing to worry about! The bikes are in excellent condition, the route is carefully checked, and the guides are always nearby. This is the best experience for my husband and me!

The individual tour exceeded my expectations! Everything was tailored to my interests: from the route to the local attractions. I enjoyed the journey and 't thought about planning — Oh all taken care of. It remains to think about the next round.
