After meeting at the airport, we'll head south toward Noto, where the pace of life slows and the landscapes become softer and more serene.
The drive takes us through rolling countryside before we arrive at our countryside hotel, where you'll have time to settle in and unwind after your journey.
In the evening, we'll gather for a welcome dinner—the perfect introduction to Sicilian cuisine and the unforgettable days ahead.

Quiet, vast, and almost surreal, Pantalica offers a completely different side of the island.
In the afternoon, we'll continue to Syracuse, where Greek history, Baroque architecture, and Mediterranean charm come together.
We'll visit the Archaeological Park, home to the magnificent Greek Theatre and the ancient limestone quarries, before seeing Caravaggio's masterpiece housed in one of the city's historic churches.

We'll visit a traditional chocolate workshop to discover the centuries-old technique that has made Modica chocolate famous around the world.
Later, we'll visit a small local farm, where we'll watch fresh ricotta being prepared and enjoy tasting it while it's still warm.
In the afternoon, we'll arrive at the charming fishing village of Marzamemi. From here, we'll set out on a boat trip along the coastline of Capo Passero, the southernmost point of Sicily.
This is where two seas meet and the water takes on extraordinary shades of blue.
